Getting busy with your partner may actually be a very good thing because it helps to keep you healthy.
A new research conducted by the Boston University of Public Health suggests that ejaculating frequently actually helps to reduce your chances of suffering from prostate cancer.
According to the research, men between the ages of 20 – 29 who ejaculated at least 21 times in a month were 19% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer.
On the other hand, for men who experienced 4 – 7 times ejaculation in a month were likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Even older men who ejaculated at 21 times in a month had less than 22% chance of getting prostate cancer.
While more research is needed to determine the link between the two, scientist suggest that the lower levels of risk may be due to more frequent clearing of the prostate through ejaculation.
Even if 21 times in a month seems like a little too much for you, having s3x in general can bring massive benefits to your prostate. So now you know go and fire, and fire wisely.
